Trinity Women’s Services x SCW

We believe that all women deserve access to wellness, especially those who need it most.

We are partnering with Trinity Women’s Services Hampshire — a specialist women-only service supporting women facing trauma, domestic abuse, loneliness, and unemployment, staffed by qualified counsellors, support workers and learning tutors.

The Afterglow Assembly

Can your business sponsor a “Window of Tolerance” for 8 local women?

In 2026, the path from surviving domestic abuse to thriving is still a steep climb. While physical safety is the first step, the body often remains “stuck” in survival mode — anxious, hyper-vigilant, and exhausted. As the Director of The School of Creative Wellness, I am launching The Afterglow Assembly: a 3-week somatic recovery intensive designed specifically for survivors referred by our partners at Trinity Women’s Services, Winchester. This isn’t just “wellness.” It is a biological reset.

The Mission:

Over three weeks, 8 women will enter a private sanctuary at Jolly Moon and The Sauna Works. Within school hours (10am–2pm), we provide:

  • Forest Bathing for sensory grounding
  • Trauma-informed Yoga & Breathwork (led by Susanna, with 500+ hours of specialist training)
  • Thermal Therapy to regulate the nervous system
  • High-nutrition, plant-based catering to support gut-brain health

The Investment:

We are looking for one local business or a group of “Resilience Partners” to fund the £2,300 required to run each cohort. This sponsorship covers 100% of the costs — venue, specialist facilitation, and nutrition — removing every barrier for women who need this most.

The Sanctuary

Sessions are held at Jolly Moon and The Sauna Works, in partnership with Trinity Women’s Services Hampshire.

Why Partner with The School of Creative Wellness?

By moving beyond traditional “talk therapy,” we address how trauma is stored in the body’s nervous system. Your investment directly supports women in our local community who are transitioning from crisis to long-term stability.

Please email Susanna your company logo and we will add this to our website and include it in our newsletter and communications regarding the work we do with Trinity: info@schoolofcreativewellness.live
