Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By booking a class or workshop with the School of Creative Wellness, you agree to the terms set out below. A copy is attached to every booking so that we can keep track of your needs on a continuous basis.

Taster classes

There is one free taster class per participant, subject to availability, for both online and in-person classes.

Payments and refunds

All sales are final. Breathwork and yoga classes, workshops, packages and all other purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Purchases can only be used within their specified validity periods.

Subscription payments for online classes are rolling and can be cancelled at any time, as set out in the information provided on sign-up.

Term-time payments for in-person classes secure your mat for the term. If you cannot attend a class you may either:

  • gift the class to a friend, letting Susanna know in advance on 07770 846598; or
  • swap to the other day that week (Monday or Friday), subject to space availability.

Class size

Private classes are one-to-one. Group class sizes are determined by the instructor. If you would like to invite a guest or add an additional person to your class, please contact your instructor to check availability.

Start and end times

Class start and end times are fixed. If you arrive late (no more than 5 minutes after the start of class) or need to step away during the class, the instructor will still end the class at the scheduled time. Classes are booked for consecutive weeks, which is preferable to gain maximum benefit — unless Susanna states otherwise (for example, teacher training or illness).

Cancellations and changes

If you urgently need to cancel or change a booking, please contact your instructor at least 24 hours beforehand. If we can accommodate moving your class due to unforeseen, exceptional circumstances we will, but this is not guaranteed.

Health

Your instructor is not a clinician and cannot treat, diagnose or cure any disease, illness or injury. In all cases, students should join classes with approval from a trusted medical professional and follow their doctor’s advice.

Liability

Students take full responsibility for their own health and for any illness or injury that may occur. Students cannot and will not hold instructors, employees or affiliates responsible in the case of accident or illness during practice.

Privacy

You provide your contact information for class registration, updates, marketing and communication. You can opt out and cancel or remove your data at any time by contacting the School of Creative Wellness by email. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details of how we handle your information.

By completing your booking and ticking the confirmation box at checkout, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and conditions.
