These terms apply to School of Creative Wellness memberships. By subscribing, you agree to the terms set out below alongside our general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Your membership
We offer two monthly memberships:
- Live & On-Demand — access to our live online Sunday sessions and the full on-demand video library.
- On-Demand Only — access to the on-demand video library.
Billing and renewal
Membership is a rolling monthly subscription. Payment is taken at sign-up and then automatically each month on the same date, using your saved payment method via Stripe, until you cancel. The current price is shown at checkout and may change with notice.
Live Sunday sessions & automatic booking
As a Live & On-Demand member, you are automatically booked into the upcoming live Sunday online sessions (on a rolling four-week basis). You’ll receive a booking confirmation, reminders, and the Zoom joining link by email for each session, just like any other booking.
If you can’t make a particular Sunday, please unbook from that session in your account — this frees your place and lets us know you won’t be attending. You can re-book future sessions at any time while your membership is active.
Cancelling your membership
You can cancel at any time from My Account under Subscriptions. Your access continues until the end of your current paid month, after which no further payments are taken and your live-session bookings stop.
If a payment fails
If a monthly renewal payment fails, your membership is treated as paused: your access and any upcoming Sunday bookings are suspended until payment is completed. Once payment is resolved, your access and bookings resume automatically.
Refunds
Monthly membership payments are non-refundable, in line with our general terms. You’re welcome to cancel at any time to stop future payments.
Delivery and technology
Live sessions are delivered via Zoom, and on-demand content through the members’ area of our website. You are responsible for your own device, internet connection and a suitable space to take part.
Health
Your instructor is not a clinician and cannot treat, diagnose or cure any disease, illness or injury. Please take part with approval from a trusted medical professional and follow their advice, and rest or step away whenever you need to.
Changes to these terms
We may update these membership terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here and, where appropriate, notified to members by email.
