  • The School of Creative Wellness is a heart centred business founded by Susanna Edwards in 2023. Providing retreats, pop- up events 7 collaborations, self-care practices and wellbeing services for women including breathwork, yoga, and creative workshops online and in Hampshire. Follow us on instagram.

Ancient Sacred Sounds was founded by Jez Smith, a historical musician with over 35 years experience, and a qualified sound therapist from BAST and COSH. He has held sessions all over the country including at Kew Gardens, London.

A sound journey is a perfect way to rebalance the mind and body and is an emerging and effective form of preventative health.

  • Beginning with an hour of Yin Yoga, using breathwork and long hold poses to work deep connective tissues, muscle fibres and fascia. All levels welcome. Yin improves sleep quality, relieves anxiety, improves flexibility and mobility and keeps you young! There will be a 30 minute break with delicious hot cacao and a chance to meet others, followed by an hour of deep relaxation sound bath with Jez Smith. You will leave this experience relaxed and restored in body and mind. Suitable for all ages, no experience necessary. We hold space or multigenerational women to spend an immersive afternoon engaging all the senses.

*Please bring a yoga mat, a pillow or cushion or bolster, a couple of blankets and a favourite mug for your cacao.
