Create time space and time to reconnect to yourself. Reduce tension and anxiety by taking a breath and recalibrating. Improve your health and wellbeing by building strength, resilience and balance in both your mind and body.
The School of Creative Wellness offers breathwork and yoga practice for women with classes available online or in-person, in groups or tailored to individuals on a one-to-one basis.
Our classes include Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Vinyasa Flow and Hatha yoga practices which all connect the relationship of breath to movement, to stillness, and teach self-regulation of the central nervous system.

Come and reset after your weekend and join Susanna for The Sanctuary Within, a 75-minute online class designed as a sanctuary of stillness, deep rest, and gentle self-care.
This practice weaves together a sequence of long-held Yin postures, using breath and gravity to release tension and quiet the mind. It’s the perfect way to find calm, soothe your nervous system, and enjoy a restorative night’s sleep before the week ahead.
Working in line with Traditional Chinese Medicine and the seasons, each session shifts and changes to work with different meridian lines and organs in the body, supporting balance and harmony from within.
Yin yoga can be profoundly helpful for easing anxiety, depression, stress, sleep issues and perimenopause symptoms. You’ll be working into your deep connective tissues and fascia, helping to increase flexibility and mobility over time.
The Sanctuary Within offers enough time and spaciousness to feel the subtle effects of each shape, with time for deep relaxation at the end. Some weeks, Susanna may also integrate acupressure, self-massage, short meditations, sound therapy, or yoga nidra into the session. The class is predominantly Yin, with some gentle movement between poses, and often begins and ends with restorative postures.
Please arrive a few minutes before class so Susanna can let everyone in just before 7pm.
What You’ll Need:
A yoga mat
2 blocks (or some books)
A bolster (or a second rolled-up mat)
A yoga belt (or long dressing gown cord or pair of tights)
2 blankets
You might like to set up your space with soft lighting, a candle, or essential oils. Feel free to play soothing instrumental music without lyrics, or simply enjoy the silence, tuning into Susanna’s voice and your own inner experience. Your microphones will remain off during the class, allowing you to fully drop into your practice.
