The School of Creative Wellness offers breathwork and yoga practice for women with classes available online or in-person (boutique studio SO23), in groups or tailored to individuals on a one-to-one basis. 

Our classes include Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Vinyasa Flow and Hatha yoga practices which all connect the relationship of breath to movement, to stillness, and teach self-regulation of the central nervous system.

Susanna studied at the YOGABODY Teachers College®.and secured the YOGABODY’s professional qualifications RYT® 200, Yoga Teacher, Science of Stretching™ Coach, Breath Coach under the renowned Lucas Rockwood.
