The School of Creative Wellness founder Susanna has been up-skilling with 60 hours of Restorative Yoga, 80 hours of additional Yin Yoga and 38 hours of Yoga Nidra teacher training to add to her qualifications and is incorporating her creative approaches to felt sense exploration into her practice.
Susanna is curating two unique Deep Rest afternoon retreats In October 2025 to shift into Winter, and in February 2026 to deeply nourish in the depths of Winter.
Kala aka Winchester Cold Water is the most beautiful human, with a love of cold water therapy and sound therapy. Kala and Susanna first collaborated in July at a pop up Friday Yin & Soundbath (with the cows - the 25 women who attended know!). Kala will be attending both retreats and delighting us with her gorgeous soundbath. at he end. If you have experienced Kala’s playing you will know how beautifully she plays, it is a truly feminine, magical and deeply relaxing experience.

Shifting into Winter

As the days shorten and the air grows crisp, prepare your being for a gentle transition into winter. This intimate afternoon retreat is a perfect prelude to the season of quiet introspection. Be prepared for the ultimate relaxation experience. Susanna will also be providing takeaway tips, guides, resources and signposting to other experts in the field of wellness, because it is her belief that wellness is a holistic and multidisciplinary process. This event will help set you up for the winter months ahead.
2:00 PM - 3:00 PM: Gentle Movement & Yin Yoga – Ease into the afternoon with mindful movement designed to release tension and invite presence.
Tea Break – A moment to sip, breathe, and simply be.
3:30 PM - 5.00 PM: Restorative Yoga & Guided Yoga Nidra & Gentle Soundbath – Drift into a state of deep conscious relaxation, melting away stress and restoring your nervous system.

Following a similar format to deep rest 1 - Susanna will also be providing takeaway tips, guides, resources and signposting to other experts in the field of wellness, because it is her belief that wellness is a holistic process, a multidisciplinary process. This event will help set you up for the depths of winter and heading towards Spring.
