Twilight Retreats

Embrace a deeply restorative afternoon dedicated entirely to your wellbeing. The Menopause Sanctuary Twilight Retreat offers a nurturing space to pause, reconnect, and soothe the body and mind. This carefully curated experience blends therapeutic treatments, grounding yoga, and mindful reflection—supporting you through the transitions of perimenopause and menopause with calm, clarity, and compassion.

Allow yourself to slow down as you move through a journey of nourishment and release, held in a peaceful, supportive environment.

  • Welcome drinks & intention setting - Arrive gently, settle in, and set your personal intention for your retreat experience.

  • 30-minute spa treatment of your choice:

  • Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage

  • Express Facial*

  • Indian Head Massage

  • Thai Foot Massage

  • Infrared sauna session -Soothe sore muscles, reduce inflammation, and enhance relaxation.

  • Use of robe & slippers - Slip into comfort for your retreat journey.

  • Yin Yoga - Slow, floor-based postures designed to release tension and calm the  nervous system.

  • Yoga Nidra - A deeply restorative guided “yogic sleep” meditation for full-body  relaxation.

  • Quiet time in the relaxation room - Space for journalling, rest, or simply being.

  • Closing circle & reflections - Come together to gently seal your retreat with shared insights and grounding.

The Menopause Sanctuary Day Retreat offers a nurturing space to pause, reconnect, and soothe the body and mind. Led by Susanna and featuring guest experts covering menopause related themes such as nutrition and coaching, expect to leave grounded and equipped with new methods to live your best life. This carefully curated experience blends therapeutic treatments, grounding yoga, creative welness and mindful reflection—supporting you through the transitions of perimenopause and menopause with calm, clarity, and compassion. Allow yourself to slow down as you move through a journey of nourishment and release, held in a peaceful, supportive environment.
