Wellbeing Resources
Here at the School of Creative Wellness, we have gathered some resources for you. This page brings together a collection of trusted resources to support your wellbeing journey. From mental health signposts and community organisations to psychotherapy, coaching, women’s health, design for good, alternative holistic therapies, small businesses we champion, to books we love, everything here is designed to complement your practice and offer accessible support - wherever you are in your process.
Some resources are local to Hampshire, some are further afield and online. Our aim is to champion great services, products and people who help the world heal and inspire creativity, wellbeing and transformation. These are curated for intergenerational women with a focus on being useful and inspiring, whatever your stage of life. We champion our NHS service in England, and your GP is always your first call if you are feeling unwell physically or emotionally, but we also champion alternative healing modalities because we truly believe that wellness is a holistic process.

Design that Unites Nature & Humanity
“I’ve been a creative all my life. I learnt in my twenties that yoga was incredibly useful in helping me manage the creative chaos that constantly resided in my mind. Now in my forties it has become invaluable in building strength, mobility and boosting my physical and mental wellbeing during a time of transition in life. My passion is to share this practice with others.”
Susanna Edwards, Founder, School of Creative Wellness.
