The Sanctuary Within On-Demand Library is a growing collection of Yin & Restorative Yoga classes for women, lovingly curated by Susanna Edwards. These sessions are recordings of the much-loved Sunday evening classes, now available for you to access anytime, anywhere, at your own pace.
Whether you’re seeking deep rest after a busy day, support during times of stress, or a consistent practice to help you slow down and reconnect, this on-demand library offers a gentle, grounding place to return to again and again.
What Is The Sanctuary Within?
The Sanctuary Within is a 75-minute Yin & Restore yoga practice designed to help women down-regulate their nervous systems, release held tension, and experience deep, nourishing rest.
Each class weaves together:
Yin Yoga – long-held, floor-based postures using breath and gravity to gently stretch deep connective tissues and fascia
Restorative Yoga – fully supported poses using props, allowing the body to completely let go
Pranayama (breath awareness) – subtle breathing practices integrated throughout the class
Meditation – guided rest to quiet the mind and support emotional balance
Optional practices – including Yoga Nidra meditation, acupressure, self-massage, sound, mudra or mantra, depending on the week
These are not fast-paced or physically demanding classes. They are slow, spacious, and intentionally designed to support rest, reflection, and recovery.

What You’ll Need
Live & On-Demand Subscription
£32 every 4 weeks (£8 per 75-minute class)
✔ Weekly live Sunday evening class
✔ Full access to the on-demand library
✔ Practice live or on replay — or both
Ideal if you enjoy live connection alongside on-demand freedom.
To enjoy the classes fully, you’ll need:
A yoga mat
2 blocks (or books)
A bolster (or rolled-up mat)
A yoga belt (or dressing gown cord / tights)
2 blankets
2 massage balls (soft and spikey are good)
You may also like to:
Dim the lights
Light a candle
Use essential oils
Play gentle instrumental music (or enjoy silence)
Microphones are always off — allowing you to drop fully into your own experience.
