At The School of Creative Wellness, we specialise in online breathwork and restorative yoga for women navigating stress, anxiety, trauma, or emotional overwhelm. Based in Winchester, Hampshire—and supporting women across the UK and overseas—our classes are designed to help you regulate your nervous system, reconnect with your body, and create space for genuine rest.
These weekly live sessions, hosted every Sunday Evening at 7pm (UK time), offer a sanctuary for women to unwind and rebuild from within. Each class is recorded, so if you can’t attend live, you can enjoy the practice on demand at a time that suits you.
The Sanctuary Within – Sunday Online Class
Join The Sanctuary Within, our signature 75-minute online session guided by Susanna Edwards. This live class blends restorative and yin yoga, breathwork, and gentle mindfulness to help women release tension, regulate the nervous system, and find stillness.
Each week we explore calming techniques and breath-led movement that can be especially supportive for those dealing with anxiety, stress, trauma, and chronic fatigue. You’ll be guided through long-hold restorative postures, grounding breath practices, and short meditations designed to bring body and mind back into balance.

Susanna combines her background in yoga, breathwork, creative practice, and education to offer a truly transdisciplinary approach to wellbeing—where art, movement, science, and self-care intersect.
