‘The Sanctuary Within’ Sunday Online Yin and Restore 29th March 2026
A class themed around bringing awareness to the pelvis, through breath and lots of front body stretches ( back bends). As women this is an area that can endure a lot- menstruation, child birth, menopause, both structurally, hormonally and emotionally. There is a lot going own down there so let’s connect to our pelvic areas, the flesh, organs, connective tissues, muscles and bones. Let’s breathe some love in there and through gentle touch and your awareness we can connect to this vital part of our body and hear it, see it and understand it a bit better perhaps.
