Sunday Online Yin & Restore 12th Jan 2025

Tonights class starts off with ujjayi / ocean breathing. Slightly closing off the glottis in the back of the throat to make a whisper sound. Breathing in and out through the nose. Stimulating the vagus nerve and moving us into rest and digest. We then focus on joint mobility and short exercises for the ankles, knees, hips, shoulders and wrists. Followed by a yin sequence for winter. We end tonights class with an extended Yoga Nidra where you shift from doing into your true self. Yoga Nidra has so many health benefits and this mediation should help you to have a blissful nights sleep. as ever, if you feel inclined to give feedback, we would love to know how you received this practice.
