🌬️ Breathwork Within These Events

While our evens integrate pranayama (yogic breath awareness) as part of the experience, they are not breathwork-only sessions.
This gentle breath awareness supports grounding, emotional balance, and helps prepare the mind and body for both Yin and sound healing.

For women wanting to explore breathwork in more depth, our Breathe Easy 7-day course offers a deeper dive into breathing techniques for daily resilience, stress reduction, and nervous system support.
