Tonight’s class is all about the rebound. The digestion of a pose. It is a beautiful class starting off in a tummy burrito cocooned in our blankets. Savouring the after effects on our sides moving into a twist and cat pulling tail. We then move through a side stretch of the ribs, cosmic egg, caterpillar and snail. Gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous.
