Sunday Yin & Restore Online 9th March 2025

Apologies - forgot to hit record for the first 10 mins. 😳 We started standing and tapping our whole body as per previous classes. This is an excellent way to get out of your head and into your body. We then massaged our kidney area by ‘knocking on heavens door’ swinging the arms to gently knock against the kidney area in the back of the body. Inhale right exhale left. Building up speed and slowing down. Then standing and feeling the tingling energised sensations of the body. The energy flowing inside. The record starts when we move into ‘dangling’ then we do a full yin sequence for winter including squat, child pose with eyebrow massage, toe stretch, ankle stretch, dragon, winged dragon, sphinx/ seal /sphinx, dragon fly, lateral stretch, supported reclined butterfly and a choice of supported reverse corpse or normal corpse pose for savasana. We are nearly ready to shift into our yin for spring! As always do let Susanna know how your practice was experienced all feedback is welcomed.
