Sunday Yin & Restore Online 16th Feb 2025
Tonight’s class begins with legs up the wall with a belt. If you don’t have space you can lay down and pop your legs up on a chair or the sofa or your bed. We then have a short meditation and then run through a gorgeous yin for winter sequence ending with a guided meditation. You will feel great after this practice and step into your Monday well rested, grounded and steady.
