This is how you make the magic happen. I guide you through three short video practices per day each one between 2 and 5 mins in length for 7 days.

There will be a new rhythm established with a short practice in the morning to get up and go. One in the afternoon to balance you - if you are up it brings you home and if you are down it brings you home. And one final practice at bedtime to down regulate and get a good nights sleep. You can get into the habit on waking and on sleeping and then schedule in or grab your afternoon practice pretty much anywhere. Just book it in to your calender,  set a new habit for good.

Come and reset after your weekend and join Susanna in a sequence of long hold postures using breath and gravity to release tension. Find stillness and calm and get a great night's sleep before the week ahead.

Working in line with Traditional Chinese Medicine and the seasons, this transformative practice shifts, weaves and changes each season to work different meridian lines and organs in the body, cultivating a greater sense of balance and inner and outer harmony. 

Yin can help with anxiety, depression, stress, sleep and perimenopause symptoms. You will be working your deep connective tissues and fascia to increase flexibility and mobility.

The class is usually a 75min class to create enough time and space to savour the effects after each shape, and leaving enough time for a mimimum of 10 minutes final relaxation.

Some weeks Susanna may integrate acupressure, self massage, short meditations, sound therapy & yoga nidra. The class is predominantly Yin with some gentle movement in between and often bookended with two restorative poses.

You will need:

A yoga mat

2 blocks (or some books)

A bolster (or a second rolled up mat)

A yoga belt (or long dressing gown cord or a pair of tights)

2 blankets

Maybe set up your space nicely, light a candle, use some essential oils. You are welcome to play some soothing music (choose no lyrics as they can distract). Your mics will be off for the class but silence is also good - just tuning into my voice and yourself.
